A call-out surcharge may apply for emergency work outside our standard Monday–Saturday hours. We will always be upfront about any additional costs before work begins — no hidden fees, ever.

Our standard working days are Monday to Friday, with Saturday availability for many services. For urgent situations, weekend appointments can often be arranged. Call us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

We accept BACS bank transfer. For larger construction or renovation projects, we offer staged payment plans tied to project milestones. All payment terms are clearly set out in your written contract before work starts.
